At Living Intentionally, we take a mindful approach to production to ensure quality while minimizing waste. Because of this, many of our items are made to order, which may require additional processing time before shipping.

PROCESSING TIMES

• Decor: To maintain quality and reduce excess inventory, we keep a lower quantity in stock. Your candle may be made to order, with a processing time of up to 14 business days before shipping.

• Apparel: Each piece is crafted as it’s ordered. Please allow up to 14 business days for completion before your order is shipped. 

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has been processed, shipping times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout.

Please note that shipping times are in addition to processing times.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
